Hello!
Hi, I’m Trey Parker — proud founder of The GO GO Bus, mother, advocate, and passionate community builder.
The GO GO Bus was born out of a personal journey. As a mother of a child with special needs, I’ve experienced the challenges of finding reliable, compassionate transportation. When my son struggled to get to work due to limited options, I knew something had to change — not just for him, but for others facing similar barriers. That moment sparked a bigger mission, and in 2020, The GO GO Bus was created to serve our community with care, consistency, and heart.
Professionally, I hold an MBA from Cleveland State University with a concentration in International Business, and I currently work as a Project Manager and Scrum Master. My career has given me the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, deepening my appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. These experiences have shaped how I lead with empathy, adaptability, and a strong commitment to inclusion.
Outside of work, I volunteer with Hamilton County Special Olympics as a coach. Supporting athletes and their families has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. I believe in the power of community--bringing families together, building lasting bonds, and creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.

My Story
The idea for The GO GO Bus came from a deeply personal experience. My son, who has special needs, was left stranded when his transportation didn’t show up. He missed the bus, and on more than one occasion, had to walk home from work — crossing dangerous intersections in Fishers, Indiana. As a mother and advocate, I knew something had to change. That moment became the spark that ignited a bigger mission: to create a safe, reliable, and inclusive transportation service for those who need it most.
Living in Fishers, I quickly realized how limited public transportation options were — especially when trying to cross into Marion County or vice versa. This lack of connectivity made it incredibly difficult for residents to find and keep employment, attend appointments, or simply stay engaged in their communities. The need became even more urgent in 2020 during the pandemic, when families were relying on just one company to transport loved ones with disabilities. Many parents were uncomfortable using services like Uber, and they longed for a trustworthy alternative.
That’s where The GO GO Bus stepped in.
We built our service around trust, consistency, and care. We offer regular drivers who get to know our riders, provide “watch and wait” support to ensure safe arrivals, and operate during evenings and weekends to meet real-life schedules. We’ve helped caregivers who were forced to take time off work just to get aging parents to appointments or pick up loved ones from jobs. Giving those caregivers peace of mind — knowing they can count on us — has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
This business is more than a service. It’s a movement. It’s about building a community where families feel supported, where individuals can thrive, and where no one is left behind because of a lack of transportation.
Thank you for being part of our journey. Every ride we provide is a promise — a promise to care, to show up, and to make life just a little easier for someone who needs it. From my family to yours, thank you for trusting us to be part of your story.
